As of the 2026-2027 Season, the town of gilbert is requiring all vendors to carry a commercial general liabilty insurance policy.
To participate in the Downtown Gilbert location, a Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy is required by the Town of Gilbert in the amount of $1 million each occurrence combined single limit for boldly injury and property damage liabilities and $2 million aggregate coverage.
The Town of Gilbert, 50 E. Civic Center Drive, Gilbert, AZ 85296 must be listed as "Additional Insured" on your policy.
